I just noticed this new apology note pasted on top of the old apology note..

We grew these pumpkins in our backyard over the summer.

They photograph really well, but we probably picked them a few weeks before we were supposed to (the vines had started to die, so we had no choice).

Iria is awesome.

We celebrated Lennon's birthday yesterday with the 2nd Annual Birthday Cup, a 2x2 soccer competition in our backyard.

Just like last year, Lennon's team lost their first match but came back to win it all and take the championship.

We visited the Dallas Arboretum today, which is in full-on pumpkin mode.

I snapped this picture early on when they were all happy and not complaining about being tired or hungry :)

Now that it is October, Texas is cooling off into the lower 90's.

The home school kids have been working at both their desks and on the driveway this week.

And I guess that they were either studying Elvis or declaring themselves a "School of Rock":

The boys went to Fox's birthday party this past Sunday, while the girls were dressing up for a charity calendar shoot down in Dallas.
