Happy Birthday, Kassidy!

Today Iria wept a little (her baby is growing up), and I cheered a little (one year closer to a diaper-free household), and we all ate cake way too early in the morning to celebrate Kassidy's 2nd birthday!

Kassidy's nickname is still "Ee-Dee" or "Dee-Dee"

Kassidy's favorite foods are Mac and cheese and pasta

Kassidy says: "all done" "thank you" "mama" "dadda" "nap nap" and "shoe"

Kassidy likes to communicate by pointing her fingers

Kassidy loves to sing "Happy Birthday" and "Twinkle Twinkle"

Kassidy loves to color everywhere

Kassidy is still very much a mama's girl

Kassidy loves to go out in the front yard and ride her bike

Kassidy loves shoes

Kassidy is trying to dress herself

We love her big toothy grin and the flop of hair that falls over the front of her face

Kassidy likes to read at least eight books before she goes to bed

Kassidy growls during the dinosaur book

Kassidy is really good natured and rarely cranky

Kassidy loves to eat with a spoon and fork and refuses help

Kassidy calls all of her siblings "nennen"

Kassidy loves the cats, loves to pet them and sit next to them, she also likes all kinds of other animals but does not like dogs getting too close to her

Kassidy gets lots of attention and hugs from Katharine's dance friends

Kassidy likes to run around the empty dance studios at ballet

Kassidy likes to push a doll stroller
