Ground Control to Baby Kassidy...

Iria is still at the hospital tonight, as Kassidy has come down with a bit of jaundice. They are keeping her in a light bed, and as of today her condition was improving. We are hoping to have them both home by tomorrow.

The kids visited the hospital twice today. The all love their baby sister, and show it in different ways.

Katharine is very nurturing, and loves to hold her. On the car ride home I heard her praying to God for Kassidy to get better.

Lukas has gotten past his initial "not a boy" blues and is so happy and proud to be her big brother. He likes to giver her quick kisses and tell his friends about her.

Lennon tries to help her out and make her comfortable. He likes to share his lovies with her and spends a lot of time adjusting them so that they are just right.

Keira is obsessed with her, and is constantly scrambling to get as close to her as possible. At that point she will nuzzle her head up to the baby and give her lots of kisses. She is also very possessive- so don't even think about getting in front of her or taking the baby away when she is nearby.

And me... I'm just looking forward to having her home so that I can start spending some time with her. There is just too much competition for her attention during the daylight hours :)
