Of course, this presented a great opportunity to organize a safari to hunt down the elusive white and black lions. Here, the three adventurers strike a pose before they head off into the jungle.
They camped out before the big hunt.
And drew up a map.
The lions were eventually found, but everyone agreed that sitting down and petting them was much more fun than capturing them.
So Erik says "we" took them to get shaved. It was all his idea. He's been wanting to do that forever. I kind of miss the fluffy, silky long hair, but yes, there will probably be a lot less spit up hairballs around the house to be cleaned up and we won't have to bother with the mats in their fur either. Still, they sure look weird, kind of like cats trying to be fancy French Poodles...
