Here is the first paragraph of a new book that Keira is working on. It is called "Natahali".
She also made a really cool diorama of the forest yesterday.
Once upon a time in a faraway world,
where no human could ever find, there was a village. This village had no fancy
houses or castles, instead it had houses dug into trees and dugouts. On a cold October
morning in a little wood house a boy was born. His name was Jesper. Jesper had no idea that he was going to be
important one day so he did what every toadstool boy does, climb trees. Jesper had
learned to climb trees at age 5 and he learned the best spots to pick huckleberries.
Huckleberries are poisonous to humans but for the toadstool people you can make
anything out of them.
